Volunteer Coaching
Volunteer coaching positions available for youth teams aged 7 yrs - 16 yrs.
- Hockey background preferred but not a must!
- Only one practice at the beginning of the sesaon, no need to roller blade.
- A great learning environment...valuable leadership experience!
- Time commitment: 2 nights per week (weekdays) one game per night.
- One weekend tournament.
Must attend Coaches Meeting:
- Wednesday, April 11
- 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm Triwood Arena (main hall) 2244 Chicoutimi Drive NW
- Contact the League Office 275-3948 to register.
Game Day Coordinator
- Paid position, $15.00 hour. Employment runs the length of the season.
- Can work 2 - 4 nights per week, occassional weekend games.
- 2 tournament weekends.
- Main duties include: coordinating / supervising games; timekeeping and collecting stats.
- Must have computer access to update scores on league website.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be dependable, mature, have good communications skills and able to solve problems.
- Sports background an asset.

Referees
- Paid positions, $15-$25/hour.
- Can work up to 5 hours per night, weekdays, two weekend tournaments.
- Experience preferred but not required.
- Must have computer access to keep in contact with League Office.
- Must attend Referees Clinic (TBA)
