League Affiliation

The Calgary Roller Hockey League is sanctioned by Alberta Major/Minor Roller Hockey Association.

 

Recreational Emphasis

In all divisions of The Calgary Roller Hockey League, participants from all levels of experience participate together. Fun, Friendship and Participation are the main emphasis.

 

Placement of Players

Teams are created based on the following priorities:

  • Players get to play with their buddies. We want them to have fun!
  • Players are placed on teams in divisions according to the level of hockey experience they have (we want to have competitive games).

Seeding Round

Team will play a Seeding Round to determine team placement and will be re-seeded again prior to the Playoff Round.

 

Code of Conduct

It is a privilege to play in the Calgary Roller Hockey League, not a right. Parents' / players' privileges do not include disrespect, harassment and or abuse of coaches, officials, players, administrative staff or any other individuals associated with the CRHL, including other spectators. The payment of fees includes the responsibility that all participants abide by the rules of the Calgary Roller Hockey League and its partner associations.

Calgary Roller Hockey League reserves the right to suspend or remove individuals from any program due to behavior which is deemed inappropriate. A refund will not be issued.

 

Late Fees

Individuals

A late fee of $25.00 per registration will be assessed after the April 1st deadline.

Teams

A late fee of $50.00 will be assessed after the April 1st deadline.

Refunds

Refund request for Roller Hockey Camp fees will not be accepted 30 days prior to the first day of camp, unless it is for a medical reason. In order to qualify for a refund, a written request must be accompanied by a Doctor’s Note and received within 60 days from date of illness/injury.

A $25.00 administration fee will be applied to all refunds.

 

Receipts

Receipts will be provided upon request. Please contact the League Office.

 

Program Space

Space is limited. Participants will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. If divisions or teams are full, players will be placed on a Waiting List. Individuals may be asked, at any time, to produce a birth certificate. Any person found to have falsified information will be dismissed from the program without a refund.

 

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers the Calgary Roller Hockeys League's treatment of personal information that is recorded when you register for our league. We respect your privacy. All information collected will not be sold, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed to any other parties. Any information you give to the Calgary Roller Hockey League will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

The Calgary Roller Hockey League maintains an email list. Individuals join our lists by signing up through a registration form or on our web site. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our list to anyone.
