Participants
can sign up as an individual, as a group,
or as a team. Players not registering as
a team will be placed on teams prior to
the start of the season based on the experience
information provided on the registration
form.

Late Registration 2008
If you register after April 1st a late fee of $25.00 per registration will be assessed. Space is limited. Participants will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. If divisions or teams are full, players will be placed on a Waiting List.

Notification After Registering
Once you have registered, players will be notified of their team placement, Player Orientation time and location by April 13, either by their Coach or by the League Office. Team lists and the orientation schedule will be posted on the website when it is available. If you have not received your Orientation time by April 13, contact the League Office.
Late Fees / Refund
Individuals: A late fee of $25.00 per registration will be assessed after the April 1st deadline.
Teams: A late fee of $50.00 will be assessed after the April 1st deadline.
Refund request for Roller Hockey Camp fees will not be accepted 30 days prior to the first day of camp, unless it is for a medical reason. In order to qualify for a refund, a written request must be accompanied by a Doctor’s Note and received within 60 days from date of illness/injury.
A $25.00 administration fee will be applied to all refunds.
