U18 A Division

U18 Playoff Rules

The U18 A and B Divisions will be split into 3 Divisions

For the playoffs we will be adding a C Division.

The top 3 teams in the a Division will play in the A Division playoffs.

The bottom 2 teams in the A Division will meet the top team from the B Division.

The bottom 3 teams in the B Division will now play in the newly formed C Division.

Each team in each division will play the other teams in their division in a round robin.

The top 2 teams in each division will advance to their divisions finals.

If your game is tied after regulation time you will play a 4 minute running time 3 on 3 overtime.

If the game is still tied at the end of overtime you will play a sudden victory shootout.

The Home team will choose if they want to shoot first or second.

If the first player scores the next player shooting for the other team must score to keep the shootout going.

The shootout will go until a winner is declared.

You must use a different player for each shot in the shootout. If everyone has taken one shot you can now start to use 

the same players over again.
